“If you feel lost, disappointed, hesitant, or weak, return to yourself, to who you are, here and now. And when you get there, you will discover yourself, like a lotus flower in full bloom, even in a muddy pond, beautiful and strong. ” ― Masaru Emoto

  1. At this point, I am saving so many of your posts to print.
This one…so very hard for me. I am feeling those things right now. But, so very difficult. Here and now…I am me…but so many others.
But this is so eloquent and beautiful to breathe too. Thank you, Mrs. Zen.
    Much love always, CC

    • I didn’t get a notification of your comment. Sorry CC. ☹️ I wasn’t ignoring you.

Re post.. Hmm, I can see why you’d struggle with this. For someone with DID being present potentially has a completely different meaning. I guess being present, being aware or observing is the same, but you’re sharing that experience with the others, so I guess that complicates it? It wouldn’t be impossible, just different.

Thank you for your sweet feedback.🌷🌷🌷 I’m so glad you are getting something out of it. Xx
